Narrative
After being released from prison, mob capo Dwight “The General”; Manfredi is exiled to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he builds a new criminal empire with a group of unusual characters. Sylvester Stallone’s first starring role in a television series.. Dwight & #x27;General' Manfredi: I really don’t go to church. The opening sections show various photographic and pictorial attractions, as well as Oklahoma landmarks in the New York landscape: the main sculpture of the Sioux Indians "Touch the Clouds" He wears a War Bonnet and Bone Choker atop the Brooklyn Bridge Golden Driller Statue, Statue of Liberty, Route 66 Western Gateway Arch, Major Manhattan “Avenue”.

In New York, in the Manhattan district, there are many numbered "avenues" which are intersected by a smaller number of streets. episode (2022). I watched it out of curiosity, without high expectations, just surprised to see Stallone in a TV series. You can feel the tension in the scenes, it also seems quite realistic, as the plot would require.

I wouldn’t say it’s funny, but there are some funny scenes as a result of Dwight (Stallone) being released from his 25-year sentence and not fully integrated into how the world works now; so I think the sudden transition for him will present some interesting problems for us. It’s a pretty clever script, but not in a very witty way, which bodes well. Of course, Stallone is very present, but the rest of the cast works quite well. The series literally feels like you took gangsters written for an early 90s movie and only dropped them in 2022, which is a good mix of humor and violence.
I like how it has a western feel to it at times while being a mobster
I thought it was just going to be a throwaway sequence like some of the recent Stallion movies; mostly relying on his name and performance alone, but Taylor Sheridan does a good job here too with writing worthy of Stallone’s performances. I think it will be fun watching the macho Stallone build a criminal empire in the middle of nowhere in Tulsa. I think the show could go under the radar and be talked about later by people who wonder why they didn’t notice it earlier because I haven’t seen that much advertising from Paramount. I went into it with no high expectations, but if the premiere episode is anything to go by, it should be a really fun watch.
If it continues like this, great, if it gets better, it will be fantastic
